Brave Heart Therapy is accepting new clients for both in person and telehealth sessions.

Learning how to ask for help is an act of modesty and bravery. 

On a daily basis, we are amazed by the courage we see in our clients as they each wrestle with loss, shame, anger, hurt, and challenging realizations about themselves. The braveness shown by so many people to want better themselves by risking so much is admirable.

 We want to help you see your growth and areas of improvement with ease. We also want to provide you with the tools to learn how to cope through life stressors, overcome things that have been holding you back, and bring forth your true authentic self.
